Mrs. Rose Calistro-Office Manager
Ms. Calistro is the Dietz K-8 office manager. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the school office, including financial management support, staff management, space and facilities management, and communication with school administration. Ms. Calistro is an experienced, effective office administrator who is committed to supporting the Dietz K-8 mission.
Ms. Virginia Caballero-Office Assistant
Ms. Caballero has been a part of our Dietz community since 2012. She has worked for TUSD for 2 years and is a quality educator with 15 years librarian experience with the Chicago Public Library. During 3rd quarter, Ms. Caballero has been promoted to Office Assistant. Ms. Caballero enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles and just enjoying time with family. Her favorite book is The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. It is about the power of friendship. Favorite quote: "Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning" Albert Einstein.

Mrs. Cee Parker-K
Ms. Parker attended Dietz as a sixth grade dragon in Mr. Merle Webb’s classroom, Rm 7. She is a quality educator with over twenty years of teaching experience. This year, Ms. Parker is teaching Kindergarten level dragons. Some of her hobbies include spending time with my family, reading, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, jigsaw puzzles, baking and gardening. Her favorite book is The Giving Tree because it reminds her of her Aunt. However there are 100s of books that she loves. Favorite quote: “The Serenity Prayer.”

Mr. David Paun has been a part of our Dietz community since 2012. This year, Mr. Paun is teaching 6th grade level dragons. Some of his hobbies include anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing, and spending time with his family. Mrs. Deborah Burgkwist has been a part of our Dietz community since 2013. She is a quality educator with 10 years of teaching experience. This year, Mrs. Burgwist is teaching 6th grade dragons in Science. Some of her hobbies include outdoors, camping, hiking and river walks. She likes to read about the supernatural. Mr. Murray Lewis-Dean of Students
Mr. Lewis has been a part of our Dietz community since 2011. He has served as the school GATE Teacher, Technology Integration Specialist. and LSC Curriculum Coordinator. This year, Mr. Lewis is our new Dean of Students. Some of his hobbies include sports, computers, scrap-booking, and gardening. His favorite book is anything Sci-fiction. Favorite quote: “He who masters his emotions, masters his own destiny.”

Judy Ember-Health Assistant
Judy Ember joined the Dietz family this year as the new Health Assistant. She has been married for 21 years and has two boys ages 12 and 13. She graduated from the Art Center of Tucson in 1994 with a degree in Advertising Art. She has been with TUSD since 2009. She started out as a parent voluteer and monitor and then continued as an Exceptional Education Teacher Assistant for Project ABLE at Blenman Elementary. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
